I have worn this red dress for 12 years. I once vowed to do a good job in providing art for every family, so I changed my clothes. Because red is an important color in my life.
I just walked outside the door and suddenly remembered the most important weapon of the country. In the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, we saw the most important national treasures, including the works of 36 artists. Hanging in the Great Hall gave the Chinese people profound strength. Art just has power.

Not only does the country have important weapons, but the earth and the universe also have them. The most important tools of the earth are oxygen, metal, wood, water, fire and earth, while the most important tools of the universe are N numerous objective laws. What is the important tool in that industry? Teacher Hou Dingwen just said it very well, it is growth. Without growth, this industry is in decline. Of course, the growth that Teacher Hou talks about includes inner growth, but he just refines these two words.

I just played a short video about what I did recently. I was very impressed by what Teacher Hou said today. I felt that every word she said was directed at me. It can be said that this year is a good year for me. The performance of one of the groups at the end of July is the total of the first six months of last year. Of course, there is no construction from January to April this year, and my group still has 1.3 billion left. The performance is behind, and there should be no problem if this year’s performance exceeds last year’s by 30%.
Why am I able to do this? Because our company has a better grasp of the important tools. We have almost done all the 7 links that Teacher Hou just talked about, including the art we are talking about now. This is corporate marketing, capital marketing.

The Jingdezhen government is very helpful. It gave me 10,000 peasant families, and each peasant family gave me 100,000 yuan as a subsidy, which is to build an art museum for 10,000 peasant families for the Chinese ceramic industry. There are more than 3 million artists in China who can do something for the ceramic industry. What to do? Use artists, the important tool of art, to help the home furnishing industry do something. My original starting point was for the home decoration industry, the government's starting point was ceramic art, and our home industry's starting point was to make ceramics art.
This important tool has been used to deal with this year’s epidemic, especially the ceramic industry that is in place today. I have met with Mr. Zhang and Mr. Yu more often, and I have repeatedly come to them to create art.
There is another important tool that is very powerful, that is, the participation of children and customers. Art decoration can bring growth to customers' homes. This is not only reflected in the appeal of art, but also in the participation of the customers themselves.
The exchange I brought today is: To sell ceramic tiles, you must sell integrated artistic ceramic tiles; when doing home decoration, you need to do integrated artistic decoration.
Ceramics have always played a very important role, including the ancient Egyptian era thousands of years ago. This important role is not just a brick sold for 3,000 yuan. I think a brick can be sold for 6,800 yuan. If you give art to your home, can be sold for 68,000 yuan.
In the past few years, I have been investing in art development. I have spent tens of millions on developing art ceramic tiles and watercolor pottery. I haven't paid attention to the slate thing yet. In February, one of my former employees told me that rock slabs would be booming soon. This year and last year, I participated in ceramic industry conferences twice, and I both said that the spring of the ceramic industry is coming.
The reason why it is said that spring in the ceramic industry is coming is based on the successful development of watercolor pottery. I can make the watercolor pottery in each customer's home unique. More importantly, I can find ways to involve every customer. I pick the most difficult place and go to the countryside to implement it, setting an example for the ceramic industry. Farmers can afford it, and masters are willing to create for farmers.
Just now, Teacher Hou also talked about a key word, which is "old house renovation". I don't agree with what she said. I don't agree with the decoration of boutique houses. The reason why our company's performance increased this year is because of old customers. Because after 30 years of hard work, we have grown from 4 group employees to 17,000 employees. Tens of millions of old customers have been overwhelmed since the resumption of production at the end of April. I originally wanted to invite designers from several companies around Hangzhou to attend the meeting today, but please don't move, I'm busy. They all said that I really couldn’t spare the time, no. I said if you don’t come to my class, who’s class will you attend? But they are really busy and they are all repeat customers.
The watercolor pottery I developed for the ceramic industry is directly aimed at old homes and renovations. The door panels are made of ceramics, the tea tables are made of ceramics, the ceilings are made of ceramics, not to mention the floors. Moreover, they are artistic ceramics that make everyone happy. Every space has been enhanced by art.

I also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with 3TREES in Shanghai yesterday. I want to use 3TREES’ platform to use our watercolor pottery to produce original things and combine them with their paints. We were eating in a very high-end space. Sorry, I said we should just eat. After eating, we left. I couldn't find a place to take a photo. The walls were empty and all were made of building materials. Just like here now, there is no place to take photos. If you go outside, the places where national leaders take photos are art; the Great Hall of the People in Beijing has more places to take photos. If the Great Hall of the People also takes away this art, how do you think we can take photos together? Many of our meetings don’t have a place for photos, and there are many presidents’ spaces that don’t even have a place for photos. This brings up a topic, there is a market for old renovations, and we start from the place where we take photos at home to the arrival of 5G.
When 5G comes, you will need a place to take photos at home. You can work at home, and you can work remotely with you.You want your friends to see you as someone who endorses you, can take photos with you, and can withstand being viewed on the screen. The company is like this, and the family is like this. When I was 11 years old, I longed for life in Paris (I was still studying hard during the Cultural Revolution. My father was a people's teacher. He responded to the call to support the countryside and did not return to business in the end). Later, it became my goal before graduating from college. I had to study hard to have the opportunity to go to Paris. At the same time, I was infected by architecture, so I studied architecture. I make beautiful, beautiful and classic things that bring wisdom to human beings and a space environment for growth. This is the reason why I gave up my previous job to do home decoration. In the 1980s, no one looked down on home decoration. Today, when I am almost 70 years old, I still do home decoration. My path is "tong", "tong" means "smooth", and "shun" means the "harmony" of the enterprise.
This wall is given art and sprayed with an ideal. If you give it to the grassland, it is giving it yearning. Why do we only use building materials for our ceilings? Can't it be like the royal temples and other classical buildings in the past? The building that is still reluctant to be demolished is art. Why can’t our decoration be implemented? Our renovations have been rubbish for twenty years, not to mention a waste of resources. This has delayed the growth of a generation. If you don’t give a temple a piece of art, there will be no sunshine and no one will go there; if you don’t give a school a piece of art, then the students will only know how to make money and not use heavy tools to serve the society.

Today’s science and technology are very simple. Everyone can do it, and any company can do it. I very much agree with what the teacher said: Don’t do what others do and just do whatever they do. I have never done that. In terms of home decoration, new concepts and concepts are introduced every year; in terms of management, it has not changed from the beginning and is based on 7 stages. Our ceramic tile industry is directly aimed at human beings.
