The Guanyinge Reservoir Water Delivery Project is located in the jurisdiction of Benxi City. The project is a large (2) type II class. The main buildings include the water intake head, water delivery tunnel, power station, and water delivery pipeline. , Dayu water distribution station, Beitai water distribution station, dispatch center, etc. The project scale is 1.25 million cubic meters per day, the water delivery guarantee rate is 95%, and the average water delivery for many years is 406.7 million cubic meters. The length of the project line is 91.3 kilometers, of which the water transmission tunnel is 41.5 kilometers long and the water transmission pipeline is 49.8 kilometers long.
